Natural hair and individual donors
Our hair is natural and undyed. Each bundle is from one individual donor; a wholesale lot can contain bundles from several donors.
Stock, inspection and quotation
Request current availability for your selected lot. Review its photos or video, weight, length, natural colour, texture and quoted price. The enquiry form opens a message in WhatsApp; it does not place or pay for an order.
Payment and dispatch
Confirm the invoice, payment instructions, final selection, destination, shipping charges and expected dispatch arrangements directly with Aurum before payment. Shipping options depend on the parcel and destination; see our shipping information.
Returns, cancellations and questions
Ask Aurum to confirm the applicable cancellation, return and inspection arrangements in writing before payment. If there is a concern with an order, contact us with your invoice and lot reference. This page does not set a universal return period or override applicable rights.
